Meet Maria,
the founder of Heal Don’t Conceal. My journey into the world of health and wellness began with my own healing experiences, and now I’m passionate about helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges and achieve lasting wellness.
My path to health and wellness started over two years ago with a deeply personal journey. After watching my loved ones struggle with chronic illnesses, I became determined to carve out a healthier path for myself and my family. My eldest daughter’s special needs and my parents' health battles fueled my passion to learn and heal.
With certifications in Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) Levels 1 & 2, I’ve focused on holistic health and detoxification. My hands-on experience includes exploring various healing modalities such as infrared sauna, biohacking, and advanced lab testing to get to the root of health issues. Continuous learning keeps me at the forefront of health and wellness, ensuring I can offer the best care possible.

I aim to expand into a full-time wellness practice, with a special focus on supporting the special needs community through non-profit initiatives. I believe health is a human right, not a luxury, and I’m dedicated to making holistic health accessible to everyone.

I believe in being approachable and relatable, using my personal experiences to connect with clients on a deeper level.
